Holding the Charge: Toggle

Prerequisite: Spellcaster.
Specifics: To use a spell that allows held charges, use this feat to turn on holding the charge, then cast the spell on yourself. The touch attack and ranged attack feats can then be used to discharge your spells on targets. This feat can be used again to disable holding the charge.
